For us, the year 2026 is marked by change. Following the relocation of the company’s headquarters from Siegen to Mudersbach at the beginning of the year, Thorsten Kötting and Gerrit Jung took over as managing directors in early May and are now the new owners of the company.

Both have been with EPS for many years and know the company, its customers, and market demands from firsthand experience. At the same time, the former EPS Systems KG was converted into EPS GmbH.

For customers and business partners, this will not result in any changes to day-to-day business: The familiar points of contact will remain the same, and collaboration will continue as usual. With its new management team, EPS is committed to continuity and experience and looks forward to successfully continuing existing partnerships in the future.

At the same time, the company is looking ahead: It has plans for new products and further developments in the areas of tensioning fabric technology and textile frames. In addition, EPS aims to further expand and optimize its offerings as a full-service provider—from frame solutions and LED technology to high-quality textile and banner printing, all from a single source.
